WHATTS LAW CASE FILES
PRIVACY POLICY
Effective October 4, 2026
Information we process
We process account details, role and access assignments, client and matter records created inside the roleplay service, audit events, and technical information needed to secure and operate the workspace.
Google Drive access
When an authorized administrator connects Google Drive, Whatts Law Case Files requests access only to files and folders the application creates or that the user deliberately opens or shares with it. This uses Google’s drive.file permission. We use that access to create, organize, copy, and link approved matter documents.
Google user data is not sold, used for advertising, or transferred to unrelated third parties. Access is used only to provide the requested case-file functions.
Storage and security
OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest. Website permissions are checked on the server and sensitive administrative actions are recorded in an audit history. No online system is perfectly secure, but access is limited to authorized accounts and operational need.
Retention and deletion
Records are retained while needed for the roleplay workspace, security, and audit integrity. An administrator may revoke Google access from the connected Google Account at any time. Authorized users may also request removal of eligible account data through Technical Support.
Your choices
You may decline Google authorization, revoke an existing connection, or stop using the service. Revoking access prevents future Drive operations but does not automatically delete documents already created in the connected Drive.
Contact
Questions and privacy requests may be submitted through the Whatts Law Technical Support channel or the support contact displayed on the Google consent screen.
