TERMS OF USE

Authorized use
This workspace is for approved Whatts Law staff and roleplay clients. Users must provide accurate account information, protect their credentials, and use only the records and functions permitted by their assigned role.
Case Files and Google Drive
An authorized administrator may connect Google Drive to create and manage approved matter folders and template documents. Users must not connect personal files that are unrelated to the workspace or use the integration to access material they are not authorized to view.
Authoritative records
The website is the authoritative record for matters, assignments, permissions, and workflow status. Discord and Google Drive support the workflow but do not independently grant website access or decision-making authority.
Acceptable conduct
Users may not evade access controls, disclose private roleplay records, interfere with the service, impersonate another person, or upload malicious or unlawful content. Access may be suspended or revoked to protect the workspace.
Availability and changes
The service may change, pause, or discontinue features as the roleplay organization’s needs evolve. These terms and the privacy policy may be updated, with the effective date shown on each page.
